All of our staff - from nurses to our directors - have a medical background or experience in care home management, so our journey started by understanding the pain points of being understaffed and having to rely on expensive nursing agencies that provided hit-and-miss staff who were out of touch with patients and other staff. The idea for Divertis was born out of this pain point, which is all too common for home managers across the country.
